Audit and Review Curriculum Consultancy

Inspection and peer review frameworks of all kinds pose particular challenges for schools seeking to demonstrate excellence in teaching, learning and assessment. As a subject sitting outside of the core national curriculum framework Drama offers teachers a range of opportunities to demonstrate their contribution to the holistic education of every young person.

Our Director is well placed to support subject leaders with their interpretation of evaluation criteria. Work with the department can be planned to take place over a single day or a series of separate consultancy visits. Advisory activities would be planned to meet the needs of all stakeholders. To support schools to make the most of a consultancy visit a tiered offer is available:

Bronze £400 per day

  • Diagnostic analysis of current performance information (progress data)

  • Usefulness of current assessment systems and protocols

  • Scrutiny of design and delivery of schemes of work to meet the demands of examination specifications

  • 1 lesson observation and feedback on teaching and learning

Silver £500 per day – minimum of 2 days – activities as above PLUS

  • MAX 3 lesson observations and feedback
